Fabric Sourcing
It all begins with the fabric. Once your designs are in place, our sourcing team helps you find the perfect material — whether it’s cotton, fleece, jersey, or something more specialised. We work with trusted mills to ensure the fabric not only looks and feels right, but also meets your durability and performance needs. Every roll is checked for quality before it reaches production.
Cutting & Grading
With your fabric ready, we move on to precision cutting and grading. Your approved patterns are cut to spec, and we grade sizes to ensure every piece fits consistently across your range. This stage is handled with accuracy, so your garments maintain structure and balance in every size
Stitching & Assembly
This is where your vision comes to life. Our skilled team assembles each garment by hand, paying close attention to every seam, trim, and detail. Whether it's adding hardware, applying labels, or finishing custom hems — we make sure each part reflects the quality and identity of your brand.
4-Stage Quality Control
We don’t take chances with quality. Every garment goes through a 4-stage inspection — from fabric intake, to mid-line checks, post-production review, and final pre-dispatch approval. It’s a rigorous process, but one we believe in — because your customers deserve the best.
Finishing & Packing
Once each item passes inspection, we handle the final touches. Garments are pressed, tagged, labelled, and packed exactly to your requirements. Whether you need hang tags, folded units, or special packaging — we make sure your products are presentation-ready and delivered safely.

Once your garments have passed our final quality checks, they’re carefully packed and handed over to our trusted global logistics partners. Whether you’re based in the UK or overseas, we ensure your order is delivered safely, securely, and on time.
